4. Pinterest Integration
RocketPinner connects to Pinterest through the official Pinterest Developer API using secure OAuth authentication.
We never ask for your Pinterest password.
You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with Pinterest's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
5. Credits and Subscription
Some RocketPinner features operate using a credit-based system.
- Credits may be included with your subscription or purchased separately.
- Credits are allocated immediately after successful payment.
- Credits are consumed when eligible features are used.
- Unused credits generally remain available while your account is active, subject to your subscription plan.
- Promotional or bonus credits may have separate conditions.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
If credits have already been allocated to your account after a successful purchase, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash except where required by applicable law.
If a payment is duplicated due to a technical issue, or RocketPinner is unable to deliver the purchased service, please contact our support team for review.
7. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Paddle, a trusted third-party payment provider.
RocketPinner does not store your complete payment card information.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, depending on your selected billing plan.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RocketPinner for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt our services.
- Circumvent subscription or credit limitations.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
RocketPinner, including its software, branding, design, logos, content, and features, is owned by RocketPinner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content and media you create or upload using the platform.
10. Data Security
We take security seriously.
Your personal information, connected account data, API credentials, and other sensitive information are stored using industry-standard security practices, including encryption where appropriate.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, API credentials, access tokens, or connected account data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your RocketPinner account at any time.
When your account is deleted:
- Your access to RocketPinner will end.
- Connected Pinterest accounts will be disconnected.
- Personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance).
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
12. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, RocketPinner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
13. Third-Party Services
RocketPinner integrates with third-party services including:
- Payment providers
- Email delivery providers
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Authentication services
- Analytics providers
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketPinner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for RocketPinner during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
